Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of videos generated using our Service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

6. Credits, Billing, and Refunds

6.1 Credits System

Video generation consumes credits based on your subscription plan. Credits:

6.2 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and credit allocations. You agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Understand that prices may change with 30 days' notice
• Cancel your subscription at any time

6.3 Refunds

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• 100% uptime or availability
• Specific video generation results or quality

7.2 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated videos may:

• Not always match your prompt exactly
• Contain imperfections or artifacts
• Require multiple attempts to achieve desired results

We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content for your specific use case.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bharamind Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Abuse or misuse the Service

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your account and associated data. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
